For claims regarding missing items, an unboxing video of the sealed package may be required for verification.

Refund Policy
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after receiving the necessary account details.
